Balance Engineering to Attend National Athletic Trainers’ Association Annual Meeting
March 22, 2012: Balance Engineering of Henrietta, NY announced that they will participate and attend the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Annual Meeting and Clinical Symposia from June 27-29, 2012 in St. Louis Missouri. Balance Engineering will exhibit and demonstrate their Equilibrate Balance System, an objective Neuro-Physical Assessment and therapy device for concussion management.
Equilibrate delivers actionable and objective information for determining athletes balance function pre and post injury to assist with the “Return To Play” decision. The overriding priority throughout the concussion management process is the well-being of the athlete over the long term. With that goal in mind, the protocols for objective balance assessment using the Equilibrate System have been developed by experts in sports medicine, athletic training, and neurology; and even include aspects of historic balance error scoring methods modified for objective use in Equilibrate.
We look forward to seeing you at the NATA Meeting!
